I’m a barely twenty-something year old college gal, Texas born & bred.  I’d much rather blog to y’all than do my homework any day (& most days that’s exactly what happens). Lord-willing, I’ll be finished with school soon.

I strive to be the lady King Solomon’s mother describes in Proverbs 31; I think she’d be a lovely southern belle. I love my family, food, & creating all things. I’m the oldest of 4 & am engaged to a wonderful man who I cannot wait to marry.

I crave Route 44 Dr. Peppers from Sonic & prefer to write in cursive. I’ve been told I have an ‘old soul’ & I love to mix vintage with modern. I’m a planner & a list maker; post-its are my best friend. I love antiques, changing seasons, & fried chicken. Decorating in all it’s forms is my calling. I can’t wait to cook & entertain others in my future home!
